Advice of the week:Keep a stun gun or pepper spray close at all times. You never know when you might need it!I recently heard of a story were a young lady was beside her broke down car in a empty parking lot late at night. The lot was deserted and in a decent part of town. She had been here numerous times. Her car would not stay running apparently. She had already made a call to her boy freind to come get her. As she waited a man appeared from across the lot. He seemed to have trouble walking strait. Alarmed, this young women reaches into her purse and pulls from it a 400,000 volt stun gun. The man walks directly up to her and ,"very drunk" starts to say nasty things to her and then puts his hands on her shoulders. She puts the stun gun to his belly and depresses the button for about 3 seconds. At this the man went to his knees and she zapped him again in the neck for another 3-5 seconds. This put him on his belly. She ran to safety were she called the local police and told them what had happened. When the police arrived the man was still dazed and had not moved much at all.

Non lethal self defense is fast becoming more popular due to the fact that not everyone feels comfortable carring or using a hand gun. Using a hand gun has serious consequences and is not very practical.
We hope that nothing unfortunate ever happens to you or your family but we also urge you to prepare for it. Remember to have some type of defense in your home, your car, and with you at all times. Make sure your family knows were to find the non lethal defense tools in case of an emergency.
